Aida’s Adventures LLC is always looking for new home based agents to join our team. Here’s what we have to offer experienced agents:
Our agency is small, on purpose. You won’t have to deal with the hassles of being part of a large agency. You’ll have the owners cell phone number and personal email from day one. You’ll never have to deal with 3 or 4 people to get something fixed or to get help. We promise we will never tell you that you contacted the wrong department! We believe that being a small agency means we serve our clients, and our agents, better.
We want agents that want to be part of a team. We want agents that are willing to help their fellow agents out from time to time, by answering questions about topics you are knowledgeable about, or pitching in an emergency. But that also means that we will help you out in return when you need it! Unlike some of the bigger agencies, we strive to make sure you never feel like you’re on your own. We all pitch in and help each other!
We are especially interested in hearing from agents who specialize in Europe, West Coast destinations, and Hawaii. We welcome applications from all niches!
While we might be able to send you a few referrals from time to time, especially if you are interested in the niches listed above, you should expect to mostly grow your own client base. You earn your normal commission split on referrals, no reduction!
We offer a competitive 80/20 commission split to agents who have already earned an IATA card through their current agency. We evaluate our agents for a commission split increase every year!
Eligible for an IATA/CLIA card on day one, just show proof that you are currently eligible.
If don’t yet have an IATA card, we offer a 70/30 split, but once you reach 5k a year in commission you’ll automatically be bumped up!
Keep 100% of the commission on your own personal trips.
No fees from the agency, just pay for TESS. TESS starts at $10 a month.
Our E&O Insurance policy covers you!
We follow up on unpaid commissions for you!
Commission is processed every Tuesday. Get paid faster!
All agents have access to our growing library of material. We have guidebooks for your clients, marketing material, and plenty of photos for you to use on social media!
Aida’s Adventures is a member of Travel Leaders Network. Our agents have access to their marketing, supplier and training programs at no cost.
This is a remote position. Compensation for this position is commission based. This is a 1099 position that does not offer benefits.
